凯瑟琳年轻 serves as the Associate Dean for 教师 and 全球 Programs, 教授, and Dean’s Distinguished Scholar at 电子游戏软件 Law School. Her research focuses on comparative constitutional law, international human rights law, economic and social rights, and law and gender. Her recent scholarship examines how “positive” legal obligations, which require state action rather than restraint, challenge traditional constitutionalist models of public law. This includes an extended study of the mechanisms of queues and waiting lists in law, and a comparative analysis of social movements and litigation around rights to health care, 住房, 教育, and other economic and social rights.
